Had a new neighbour move in Saturday. Single,female about 19. she locked herself out yesterday and wanted me to help her get in. I barely nudge the door and it flew open and took a massive chunk out the door frame. Being a carpenter i could not believe how rubbish the timber is that's been used to make the door frame. Big  blowrepair job for me now to secure it and make it good:
