Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any idea how a person with a learning disability could find a pen pal?
I have looked online but as far as I can see the sites so far are all Internet based, sending e-mails back and forth and the gentleman in question doesn't have access to a computer.

All he wants is a friend or two to send and receive letters from every now and then.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
