how many tubes should be there?
« on: 21 July 2012, 16:08:22 »

Hi!
I have a cd-changer in trunk, but i don't know how to connect with the radio.
1.I opened and i saw that 1 brown tube wasn't in place. On the back of the button is place for 5 tubes to be connected, i have just 4. Is ok or should i search for the fifth?

2.The problem with the cd-changer. It is a Philips. I can load the 6cd, but i don't think is connected with the cd-player. Cd-player is not the original, it is a Clarion. It is something what i can try?

and the back of cd-player:

3.I found this wires what don't connect to anything. Can be from a previos alarm or something else?

Any sugestions?
Thank you for reading.

I can't quite make out which radio you have. It looks as though it says 'Clarion'  on the front panel :-\

You need to get hold of the 'pin out' diagram for your exact model of radio. You also need to check the part number of your CD changer.

Is hard to find any information on the radio Clarion DRB4375R. The cd-changer is Philips dc022.

About the tube: is ok to be there just 4 tubes?

The cable on the left is for a cd changer, but you need to find the cable ,as this is an aftermarket headunit,it will need the right connector unit to operate a different make of cd changer.
