That was really good - well found. There is a narrow gauge train that run's round one of our local park's

When I last lived in England I was a five minute drive to Cadeby light railway. Went many times , understandably it all went downhill after the Revs death. A mate at Thrapston had a single loop, two engine garden railway.

What a gem but not a patch on Bitter Creek Western. Not found anything similar here in Spain. The Industrial revolution arrived very late here or maybe not at all.......

We have similar days at the heritage centre, its even been known for there to be 'duchess days' amongst others:



But if your going to play with trains, there is only one scale!  1:1 

The model railway side consists of loads of gauges including ride on the lot.

Lovely stuff,a mate of mine many years ago built a loco from scratch,when finished had it taken somewhere with a track and fired it up to prove it worked,afterwards he stripped it down and painted it and made a display cabinet to put it in and to the best of my knowledge has not fired it up since,seems a waste to me
