I was at the stealers this afternoon getting parts , i enquired about 5ltrs of semi synthetic and was quoted £30  :o oil filter about £2.50 . I have forgot how much you folks pay with TC discount  :-\


With no TC my dealer charges £20.......and £14 for 5 litres of the GM red antifreeze.

Not too bad I think.  :y

Something amiss here , how can my stealer justify £30 for 5 litres then another only charge £20  >:(


I have to negotiate with them....... :y

can't see how they can as i paid a little while ago £35 for 4 x 5 litres....i am not sure i was charged correct  amount as it does seem the price i pay for bits are different depending on who serves me???... :y

thats what i do. except the big titted one at my stealers is brunette. and called pete, i think  ;D

Individual outlets can charge what they like ;)

There are 3 defined prices (which dealers do NOT have to stick to) for service items, retail, trade and tradeclub
