Fast idle CO was on the limit (0.20) :o but a pass is a pass 8)

Little bit of copper slip stops them sticking, took old wheels of my 2.2, which had not moved for 8 months, no issues.  :)  :y

done it  at 30 mph did not shift it >:( >:(
