Flat battery and dead locks.
« on: 19 August 2012, 20:18:15 »

Now I know the key works so it's not the wrong one. Battery is totally flat I haven't used the beast for sometime. Problem is like a dickhead I put the dead locks on. So now I can't open the doors to get the bonnet up to charge said flat battery. Is there some sort of trick I can do or do I need to put the window through????

Key in doorlock and force it past it`s point of resistance, be advised that inner doorpin will not necessarily pop up. Keep trying door handle whilst turning key

Use key - you will need to swing on it - the door will come open - try the handle as the the internal "locks" may not move!!

Cheers guys. I finally bothered my arse and went out to the car. Put the key in the lock and it opened without any resistance
