I did mine a few years ago at 5 am on the beach in Benidorm playing american football whilst being pished beyond belief. Didn't feel it till the next day when the whole back of my thigh turned black, dear lord it hurt like hell for weeks.

At least I was having fun when it went ping though!! regular exercise...yuk ;D

How long do you get to do 2.5 K ?

We used to have to do 1.5 miles in 11 mins

i personally cos of my age get 14.38 to do 1.5miles

Thats walking pace isn't it? ;D ;D

In the days when I was built like a racing snake, my fastest time was 8 mins 3 seconds  :y

Nowdays, i'm a bit of a fat fooker with knackerd knee's so I don't think I could run a mile and a half  :-[

yeah im a racing snake think my best ever time was aroud 9 mins 40 but i was 19 lol

have pent the day getting in and out a boiling hot bath then ice packing for 20 mins. every hour

i  have been put on naproxin and its doing naf all part from making myself feel sick  :'( :'( :'(

dont force it for some time, until doctor approves you can.. healing takes time..

naproxen is good it is an anti inflamatory(i take it) it will work if taken regulary with food but it will make you sleepy :y
