seat belts

Can anybody tell me if my rear middle seat belt is not there is this a mot fail.
I assume it is if half of it is so I was going to take it out until I can replace it with a working one.

If it's not fitted it can't be tested ;)

Other option is to fold the rear seats down as they have to test the vehicle as presented ::)

When I was MOT testing we had a customer who always presented his ar with the rear seats folded flat due to a faulty belt :o
