It looks nice how, long before you get to welcome mum into the finished extension?

Oh i am calm now, we passed eachother down the street yesterday and just stared at eachother, she caused the problems, but acting like she the victim, poor thing!I keep out the way, we have nothing to say to her now, well i could, but dont want to lower myself to her level, which is jeremy kyle material! Hopefully it be finished just before xmas, his mam keeps asking when will it be done, she thought she would be moved in next month! we were at a stand still for two weeks till we got her next door pushed to remove the crap. and as you know two weeks could have cracked it on alot further than we are now. Think his mam thinks it just like a leggo set that you clip together, never mind when she moved in she should have nothing to moan about................but i know she will!earplugs at the ready! ;D

I am probably wrong, but I always thought that there was a set down distance that you had to be apart from another dwelling ???
I keep thinking a metre ???? Probably way off the mark :)

Don't think there is, judging by the new builds round here. If the developer can build it so you can get a Rizla paper between the houses, they get called detached, and sell for 50% more. ;D

no Andy B my 3 omegas are going nowhere just yet! cant wait to get one back on the road again, and the whole street has similar extensions so we all nearly joined up! if you look at our other neighbours roof, on other side of us do you notice the step in it?the council made them do it that way, the small window is to far down and dont look right,Mrs Michael just noticed it by looking at the picture, and wondered what i meant when i used to say its got a step in it. :o
