this might be a silly question but i need help.
we have a omega elite 3.2 on a 51 plate and need help to get cd player open on a ncdc2013.

What do you mean by 'open'?
Will the door itself not open, or will the magazine not come out?
Or I am barking up the wrong tree here?

The magazine have tried pressing eject button with no luck >:(

They are a bit of a nuisance  :D
If you get a set of grips onto the disc eject tab, a little bit of persuasion whilst holding the magazine eject button might be enough. This worked for me.
Otherwise, you'll need to take the unit apart. I think there's a guide in the maintenance area.

Dont force it if jammed, you need to strip it in that case. Easy to knacker the mech by being heavy handed
