From what you say there is obviously a problem with the HW flow to just the shower as the taps etc seem to be ok

Start with the basics. Remove the mixer (turn off mains water first and drain down through ground floor taps) and check there is not any blockage in the filters which are inside the connections to the mixer.

Check the flow to the mixer. You can connect a washing machine hose straight  onto the mixer connections and let water flow through. if you don't have isolation valves on, have some one turn on the mains water (slightly not full on) whilst you direct the water somewhere safe. (bucket, drain)

As previously suggested flow rate of colder water through the boiler can reduce the temp of the outgoing hot but slowing down the flow at the mixer will correct this.

You can get a new mixer and connect up to see if resolves. If not then just get a refund. This is a good way of quick test

BTW Having the pump replaced has no connection with HW as this is for flow round the CH

Probably a blocked filter in the shower hot water inlet.

If you live in a hard water area then you will have little bits of limescale floating about in the hot water pipes. Doesn't take much to block the filter but usually takes years to build up (also happens to the filters on the washing machine inlets).

Edit: must type faster......................

Changed the thermostatic widget in mine today .. probably should have turned the water off first, however....

Got that job to do on ours. :y Might turn the water off, actually. :-\ Yep, probably best. ::)
