hi
just enquireing if anybody has a windows 7 disc i could borrow or buy i need to reload windows 7 back onto my mothers laptop as its gone pair shaped and wont let me recover it

What version? Retail? OEM? MSDN? 32 or 64bit?

All Win7 PCs, if OEM, should have a recovery partition.
