It's not just in the North Sea but all EU waters.

Can you really see Spanish fishermen throwing back good fish just because they are out of quota?  ???

Signed up to that over a year a go when Ch 4 series was on.

I can't see why allowing the landing of any fish counting towards an overall quota is not a sensible way forward. The fact the EU fisheries policy is such a mess just shows what a mess the idiots in Brussels make of things.  :o :o :o
