Afghanistan is being properly resourced, there were issues in the early days which have been resolved.  As someone who has been there I can tell you it is top-notch and second to none.

Maybe I wasn't making sense in my earlier posts - basicall there are 3 poo sandwiches in front of you and you have to eat one.  You are obviously going to choose the smallest and most paletable even though it is a poo sandwich at the end of the day.
