Plusses
Already rubbered in.
Never been used for planes despite being open for 2 years
Nice and sunny and warm
Sole use for OOF
Plenty of space to work on cars
Plenty of space for tents
Secure

Minusses

If you thought the Lakes is a long way to go this isn't for you.
We would need quite a few people to turn up as the fee was 1000 euros a day!

lol very similar thing here, although its a many million euro golf course, Seve Balesteros, has a (house) read mansion, that has been empty since his death not 4miles from me,few miles further on is the gold course,it has all the buildings up clubhouse etc, driving range, many of the holes greens etc,but since his death, it has been abandoned, set in appox 30acres,its now a great playground for quads and motocrossers etc was there 2 weeks ago and had a right laugh, shame it was never finished thouh it was magnificent! for those on FB you can see the vids of us attempting to jump from an extremely steep bank :y
