Bunch of wonkers,that's what you get when you employ amateurs and give them a bit of power,heaven forbid that they ever give them police powers in addition to the ones that they have at the moment ::)

well there was talk to allow them to do the speeding fines...god forbid....the ones i see putting a rolling road block in over the week on the m2 how the plebs did'nt tip his brand new rangie onto his roof was more luck than judgement :o
