MV6 a bit tatty right now . . . .

My latest acquisition.

Just got it on Thursday. Low miles just 75k. A previous owner had dogs and horses and lived in the country, so all pretty messy, in fact whole car is dirty. Photos are as it came, absolutely nothing done except driven home. BUt drives excellently ! Really nice to drive, way better than my X Reg 2.5 Elite which is like driving a tank.

Going to clean it up a bit, get cambelt etc done. Doesn't look like oil has been changed for ages, black treacle. Anyway this is it . . .

Rog,
        get the "black treacle" out ASAP

  & follow up with a couple of very quick oil & filter changes to flush out all the crap & all will be OK

looks a good straight car . Nice little cleaning project for the next few weeks  :y :y :y

Sure it will come up really nice .    :y

I take it this is the one that is still listed on Autotrader Rog?  Looks like a good straight motor, and with a bit of TLC, show come up a treat!  :y

Yep, fully intend doing so, well  . . . when when I get time. But certainly not using it with all that crap in there.

Oh by the way, the colour matches my own "Strat" (not that I can actually play it  :-[)  ;D

Yep, it's still there. It's a private seller who's not really a car person. He'll probably remember to remove the add if he gets a few more calls on his mobile.

Bigger drive ? Hmmmm Two Omega Estates and the Mrs Volvo 940 Estate. Yep it's pretty full. But once the MV6 is sorted, the Elite is going.
