locked passenger door
« on: 03 May 2013, 18:54:24 »

For some reason the passenger door has decided not to unlock, think it's deadlocked! other doors are ok but drivers one has to be unlocked by the key so obviously needs a new solenoid. Any ideas how to undeadlock the passenger one ?

Lower windowglass. Doorpin off, squirt lube down towards lock mech. Doorpin back on and from outside of car grip it with sturdy pliers or a set of moles and pull upwards

I'd second the last reply, protect and grip the door pin with large sturdy pliers and pull up from outside SLOWLY, I had this on mine a few weeks back and tried putting current to the solenoid via the ECU loom plug and had no luck.
