My miggy has a knackered center steering bar(ball joints) and front wheel bearing shot and a battered/worn steering wheel
Well went to scrap yard today to take mind off mum and low and behold-they had a miggy in so got all the bits I need +throttle cable and auto rear view mirror for---------------- £30

Its great when things fall into place like that!! Everyone needs a little luck now n again.

Had a little luck today myself. Fella I'd been doing a bit of work for a few times (driving a telescopic, last guy was rubbish so they think I'm Gods gift) phoned up looking me to work tomorrow. Its only ever 4 -5 hrs at a time and paid hourly, told him I couldn't make it as I had work elsewhere that would get me 10 hrs pay minimum at a better rate so he offered to match that every time he calls me from now on if I go when he asks. No problem I said, 10 hrs pay for 4-5 hrs work, ta very muchely
