Hi all
I hope I have done the right thing? I removed the cam sprockets to remove the back cam cover as there was oil in the back cover.

The cams were locked at TDC and I undid the long bolts that hold them on and I will put hem back in the same way with the locking kit holding them in pace, I will need to check torque values when I put them back.

At least I have made some progress, the new water pump is installed
Now for the pictures of the front of the engine showing cam seals and the oil leaks plus pictures close up and from top looking down, there quite a few and I can't get them to sit side by side, so apologies in advance

To my untrained eye the seals look to be okay and the oil is coming from the cam gasket where there is still the sealant used to stop this type of failure

However, before I continue cleaning the engine up and putting things back where they should be I would be very appreciative of some considerably more knowledgeable people to express their views
