Tell you what.
Come and stay with us for some therapy. Been 37deg C most days this week. Jump in the pool, read a book, bit of a doze. Remark on what a lazy bunch the Spanish are. Wake up at 11.00 p.m. when it is just cooler outside than in and say "lets have our evening meal and a beer". It is 29 deg C as I type inside.
In the cool morning (only 33) you can help me barrow materials around and mix concrete!
Then when you get back you can say this is a nice temperature back home.
That is what I was doing in the Ukraine at the beginning of May when it was a cooler 34degC in the shade and 50deg+ in the sun.

Apart from having to put on suntan cream late morning to stop myself getting burnt and working in the shade where possible during the peak hours. I enjoyed myself and felt much better for getting a vitamin D boost.

Only slight problem I had was slightly swollen ankles and feet, which disappeared a few days after getting back to the UK.
My wife and her sister really suffer in the heat, where they both don't drink enough fluids and they both suffer from very low blood pressure, her sister at times dangerously so and has to take medicine to boost it. Recently the temperature on the hottest days has been hitting 40degC.
I shall be tending my plants in the greenhouse this weekend and if like last weekend the temperature will be between 35 and 40degC. Outside at 25-30degC feels quite cool afterwards.
