Wanted - Washer Pump 90166361
« on: 20 July 2013, 20:46:01 »

Need the above for my 1999 MV6 Mini-Facelift - I'm guessing it's not possible to make the later (90508709) pump 'fit' with just a change of connector, is it?

Yes, tried that but to no avail  :-[ . Also resistance was around 1600 ohms which can't be right. I'm thinking that at the end of the day, if I can't get one, if it's possible to modify another type to fit, as there's a lot of new ones on eBay which look about right.......anyone tried that??

You can borrow the pump for the Head Light Washers to get you out of trouble, its in the same bottle tank just higher up.

On the connector side of things, have a look here, I borrowed an Omega one For the Tigra's MOT.

Of course the reason I want to get the Headlight (High Pressure) pump operational is due to the fact that the MOT test now requires headlight washers for Xenon equipped vehicles and it's never worked.
