That album was called "Virgin Killer" by a band called Scorpions , and the UK authorities ordered ISP's to put a block on it to stop viewing because it was deemed grossly offensive.

The viewing ban was lifted after a week as it simply couldn't be enforced, but I'll bet sales of that album rocketed after that
