Does someone know, how the heater matrix works?
For example, when I set my climate control to "Low", it automatically closes recirculation flap. Is it normal?
When outer air temperature is, like, 27C, and I set climate control to 19C, it sounds like it also closes this flap, no reaction when I press the corresponding button. But if I have, say, 22C outside, recirculation flap works.  I wonder, is it a malfunction of some sort, or it's just stunning German design?

Sounds normal to me. Recirc is used when maximum cooling is required as it avoids drawing in more warm air from outside the car.
