Lol....I would love to see one of these units....particularly running.....a H 24 engine (twin crank), fuel injected, supercharged beast.....sleeve valves and made in the 40's!

If I've got my facts right, Mark, this was used in the Hawker Typhoon and one example still survives - MN235 - it is on display at the RAF Museum here in Mill Hill (great museum to visit - need to set aside the whole day, though)
