Political Worries
« on: 04 September 2013, 18:37:43 »

After watching PMQ's today I though how attractive some of our female MP's are, a lot of mingers but then again Desperate Den would have considered the lot worth one.

Am I getting old, going blind or just want to put my point to them ??? ::) ;D

Are you suggesting Cleggy that female MP's should be judged on their looks rather than what they do? :o :o :o :o

OMG men really have not moved on have they, still very much in the early 20th century! ::) ::) ::) ::)

How about if us women just judged male MP's on their looks alone?  If so you would have to say the vast majority are major failures!! Fat, ugly, smelly and lacking any dress sense ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) ;)

I agree Lizzie, however it is an unfortunate fact that most people in some way are judged, or in some way categorised, or some opinion is formed, based on appearance and/or looks.

For example . . . .

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2410897/Tattoos-taboo-employers-Those-considering-body-art-think-twice-looking-job.html

I think it can also be said that tall, trim, good looking men are likely to be viewed and treated more favourably than short fat ugly ones. Surely part of the reason for the unpopularity of Ed Milliband is his gawpy appearance ?

I consider Ann Widdecombe one of the best PMs we never had, but probably by her own admission she is no looker.

Absolutely  ::) :D ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D     Knuckles/floor  You will be wanting to go into pubs next!!! ;) ;D ;D ;D]

Seriously thought, I can't see what's wrong with saying someone is attractive whether they have an IQ of 3 or 150 :y
