Boot lid switch

Boot lid switch not working on facelift model. Any ideas anyone?

You do need to press and hold it for several seconds before it operates. You may already know that of course,but most of us made the same mistake when we first tried it. ;)

wiring OK?
Proper 'earth' contact?
FUBAR'd switch?  ;)

I'm talking the switch on the boot lid for the light ....... having read Albs reply, I suspect I'm at the wrong end of the car  ::) ::)

Not enough apparently :-[, must have been locked in the trunk, sorry boot :y
