It is on English driver side of engine. It is electrical valve. I'll try to take it apart, it has bolts. Did anybody try to repair it?

Do you mean the heater by-pass valve?

It's vacuum operated, needs to be replaced  :y

We call it coolant expansion tank (bottle)
Yes, it is under tank. What will happen, if I connect hoses together? Heater will not work?

Yes, you are ok to remove the pump and join the pipes together  :y

Its mainly there to pump water round when the engine is off but the ignition / climate control is on  :)
If the engine is idling, it is enough to pump the water through the matrix

Many people (myself included) have removed it and binned it as its a bit of a waste of time. ;)
Just jon the pipes or replace with  a pipe from a car that doesn't have that pump as an option.

Thanks! :y
I took pump apart and found that it needed rubber O-ring about 1.5" diameter. I found plastic plumbing pipe on my backyard and installed piece of it to connect pipes, hopefully problem solved.
There is something interesting about the pump. There is no axle connection between electrical motor and pump, rotation is transferred by magnets (?)through non-movable plastic cover. Did anybody take it apart?

It circulates water around the block & radiator when you stop the engine to prevent localised hot spots in the block  ;)

Don't remove it  :y
