Would it be inappropriate to bill his family for his NHS treatment since his return to the UK...

Especially in the face of his total lack of remorse >:(

The only reason he came back. He blew his ill gotten gains,and then when his health went, he came back here for free treatment. We were a soft touch yet again.

I've just realised that I'm getting Ronnie Biggs mixed up with Ronnie and Reggie Kray.....Doh..... ;D ;D

Now they were seriously dangerous criminals who had great power in their "Manor".  Biggs was just a bit player, a petty criminal who was a chancer. They were all evil of course.
