Central locking not working after a flat battery
« on: 21 December 2013, 15:32:16 »

Car had flat battery after 3 weeks parked up.started ok with jump leads from another battery. With a flat battery the central locking via key fob worked ok. However central locking and remote boot lock inc dash boot release switch now not working. Turning key in the lock also does not operate the central locking. Key red  light works when pressed . Fuse for central locking also ok.
The car is an ex police 3.2 special 2003 also fitted with a sigma alarm system.
Any ideas ?

IIRC, the central locking system is fed via a few fuses...  ...or is that factory fit alarm? (which replaces the central locking ECU in alarm equipped cars)

Wiring diagram suggests F12, F13 and F20

Good luck
