Anyone use Yahoo?
« on: 08 January 2014, 23:10:04 »

If so, you might be mining Bitcoins.........for someone else!!!!!  :o

They've found malware in adverts on Yahoo that gets your computer mining for Bitcoins without your knowledge.  >:(  So if you've been on Yahoo in the last few days, it's probably best to run a scan or burn your computer or something!  ;)

Although Yahoo c....d up, like many do ::), java's the problem isn't it and users where not updating it

"The attack focused on outdated software," says Steve Regan of security site CSO. "The only way for the exploits to work is to have outdated versions of Java on your system. If Java is up to date, then the odds are, you're safe"
