Yup needs the heads to come off really in which case you should invest the time and effort in to refurbing the head a little (regrinding valve seats, checking tappets, etc)

How many miles on the 2.2?

I know it's an issue for early 2.6's but never really come across many threads for stem seals 2.2 issues  :-\

Easy apart from collets unless you have the knack  ::)

It comes with an insertion tool that does that bit for you.

I find that grease and a magnetic screwdriver work best :y

Seals are the same as those used on the 2.0 and V6's  :y
