Hi there, I have a 2000 Omega 2.5TD estate. When the engine is stone cold I flick the ignition on wait for the heater light to go out & it  :-\starts straight away, however when the engine is warm it takes an absolute age to start, any of you kind people got any suggestions as to what is wrong & how I can go about fixing it ?   Cheers johnnyfish.

There was a hot start issue on some of these, but I didn't suffer it, and I can't remember the solution. I'm sure someone will be along who does remember  :-[

I believe many of the performance chips overcome it as well...   ...probably why I never experienced it. I'm amazed anyone can tolerate a standard tractor
