Exhaust help pls
« on: 02 April 2014, 20:30:37 »

Hi guys, not been on for a while but I need some advice. Car recently failed MOT due to a hole in exhaust. There's a hole in both pipes just before they enter the back box and I think its not worth welding them. Have been quoted £60 + vat each for the sections I need but this one is on ebay for £88 plus postage. I know from trawling through older posts that the eternal systems are around £120 for cat back and ETS seems to be similar but I cant actually find them on either site to buy!!  :-\ Can anyone advise if this system http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Opel-Vauxhall-Omega-B-2-5-2-6-V6-Saloon-Silencer-Exhaust-System-350-/251165535785?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a7aa1ee29 is any good or if they have experience with this firm. Car is a 03 2.6. All help greatly appreciated.

All 2.5/2.6 will fit only difference is estate or saloon. If you want twin rear outlets then order the 3.0L again only difference is estate or saloon. :)

got ets on mine been on for 2 years now. Highly recommend. :y

Thanks Biggriffin. I wasnt aware that the exhausts from the older models would fit the facelift. I think I'm gonna go with ETS and the 3.0 version for the twin pipes.
