normally it has a 1 to 4 hardener ratio.. but sometimes when using very small amounts its hard to measure ..  so from %50 to %30 or may be even unusual ratios were even tested.. ;D it only changes drying times ???   also you can increase reducer ratio and it gives more smooth surface :)  if it doesnt flow :-X

Hi Webby the Bear,

Interesting to see where your rust is. I'm having my rear arches done at the moment, got my repair panels from  http://www.carz2.co.uk part nos  Repair panel VX459BKAAR and VX459BKAAL , also a little work on the sills.  I had rust on two door bottoms, rather than try to clean up I decided to change them for some off a facelift only cost me £50 for two doors.  Took a while to change over the loom (mine is a min facelift '99, different connectors).

The underside will get cleaned up and then fresh underseal on. Then she's good for another few years.   :y

Useful link, as they do estate rear panels. :y :y :y Not that I need any yet as mine are currently rust free, but I'm sure it will be only a matter of time.  :(

They are ok, little bit of surface rust where under seal has come off but no horror stories.  Underneath just needs a good clean and a re coat.
