I've got a mate who tows a caravan with a BMW 3 series around France for 6 weeks every year.

I asked him who he used for breakdown cover, he said he doesn't bother as he's owned BMW's for the last 20 years, and never had a breakdown in one.

Answer, TB needs a BMW!

A few years ago, I went to a non-start on an eight year old 316. On turning the key there was a sorry sounding click, and the lights dimmed. When he saw me coming back from the truck with a jump-pack, the owner informed me that "It can't be the battery, as this is a BMW."

Once I had proved that to be wrong, he insisted that he was going to complain to BMW!

This is one reason I can't watch reality TV; sometimes I actually meet the oppswits.
