In the spirit of "arsing about doing a lot of thigns but never seeing them through to any meaningful completion", I quite enjoy a good bake. Today I have learnt "how to uncurdle a cake mix", "white chocolate ganache is tasty but aesthetically pants" and "the dog gives me mucky looks if I accidentally drop cake mix on her head".
