Brandy. Brandy cures custard. Brandy cream, brandy butter, matters not. Must be Brandy though. Custard indeed. No wonder he's ill.

You need two things to be a fully fledged doctor...
1. Horrific handwriting.
2. A lousy bedside manner.

Where do the esteemed doctors stand on the brandy custard issue :-\

Clearly brandy is the cure for much, including custard... but is brandy custard less effective or more effective, like some super cure ::)
