« on: 13 June 2014, 00:29:35 »

Near Catterick on the A1 and it is about 10,000 years old. It pre-dates the Romans, Daewoos and Omegas, just. ::) ::) ::)

As a computer programmer, I have to regularly. I just wish we had learn't up to our 16x table at school.

I remember writing fast multiply and divide routines in assembler, where early microprocessors didn't have multiply and divide instructions.

Microprocessors weren't invented when I wrote assembler programs on an IBM 360/40, 64k core bomb of ferrite rings. ;D

And what's wrong with punch cards or punch tape. As a traditionalist I bet TB stills uses them for backups. :P ::) ::) ::)
