i bought it back in jan, supposed to get 2 months free but they took my money as soon as i made the call to get connected, then they took it again the following day. well last week my bank got the money back for me and i had a row on the blower and cancelled, they keep texting me to call them urgently, rather cheek, if they want to talk to me they can call me.  

Watch out for this lot as I am currently in dipsute with them. I emailed them to cancel in May and received confirmation that they had received my email. They continued taking payments and buried deep in their T&Cs claim that you can't cancel by phone/email and need to write to address in Sunderland quoting acct no:. Never emailed me back to inform me of this so now in dispute to claim refund. Plus the price is going up from £10 to £13/month. Will stick with skyhd from now on!
