Note the secondary pipes on the exhaust. Cooling using exhaust gases to pull cool air through the engine. Exhaust internals used to visibly glow red hot.

Fired the old beast up and fuel gauge sitting pretty at first mark after fill up , watch that needle going down like its being pulled by a magnet into red  never go much above 50 ' dairent

This is Mrs Opti's new car. She has joined the RX-8 owners forum..........they have informed her that the RX-8 does not come with a trip computer, apparently owners would find them "depressing"

I find it slightly cramped, but I'm six-one. Anyone a little shorter should be fine.
