Evening gays, I mean guys.

Got mrs. Bear sax lessons for her birthday and she getting keen. Anyone know if a good but reasonably priced set she can buy?  :y

Don't forget decent eardefenders for yourself. My sister learnt the violin, and the first couple of years were torture!

I think you can spend what you want. I bought my daughter a clarinet (I know it's not quite the same ......... but they're both single reed) about 10 yrs ago. It was the middle price of three at around £1000

 :o Afraid that's a universe away from my / her budget! lol

We were searching last night and saw a complete set... reed, mouth piece, instrument, cleaner, carry case all in for £200. She's going to check with her teacher though  :y

Haha! Already have ear plugs mate  :y although I find the sound of the sax very soothing so hopefully she gets to grips quite quickly and can bang out a decent tune  :y

Was looking at some at the weekend (I love the mechanics, cant play one0 at around 400-500 notes which were considered 'bottom end'

There a very complicated instrument
