I think theres a diff between rape/child offenders and speeding / punch ups
No shit... that's why speeding gets you three points and an £80 fine and rape gets you a five year prison sentence  ::)

I never said it was fair, but it is the way the system works. If you don't like it, become an MP and change it :y

Tens of thousands released from prison for relatively trivial crimes. Make a job application for a 'minimum wage' job and put 'prison' on the application and see how far you get...

He may have 'done his time' but it dosn't make him a person of good character.  >:(

Putting football to one side, how many employers would keep a position open for an employee convicted of rape?  Not many I'd wager.  ::)

As a few on here will know very well, i'm one of the biggest advocates of dis embowlment and general torture until death of all rape and kiddy fiddling crimes.
There is not a word in the English language to describe what I feel about these bastards so you lot will probably have to read this bit at least twice  ;D

I had this conversation on a football forum around the time it happened.
I also did some research into what ALL parties was claiming at the time too.

I know he has been found guilty by the court system BUT something about the whole episode just doesn't sit right with me  :-\
Is Ched Evans a vile piece of shite who deserves a good kicking on a weekly basis, Oh Yes  :y :y
Is he a rapist ?
In this instance, I have my doubts  :-\

As for should he be able to carry on playing football again ?
Well its a BIG YES from me because I cant think of a better arena for the world to show what they think of him  :-X :-X :-X
