Yes.    That's not a typo. Thirty-seven thousand and some hundreds of miles.

I haven't seen an engine bay like that in a decade. With silver paint, just starting to flake off the EGR. no rust, barely any dust, no oil leaks, original GM jubilee clips (without signs of ever having been removed) them annoying clips on the water hoses still with black paint on, again, never having been removed. Hoses like jelly babies, all pliable and soft. Bright shiny torx headed studs on the cam covers.

I'm suspecting that some complete moron has decided it didn't need the cambelt doing, but I'll try and find out tomorrow - just in case it's in there because if failed its MoT on a bush, or something silly. Sadly the shell's crimped from the forklift, but as for a source of parts like new, it's a bit of a rarity.

Y reg, if memory serves, short plenum.

Oh, and yes.. they scrapped the sodding 17" Elite alloys on friday!!
