Miggy Models/Classics
« on: 07 November 2014, 21:24:52 »

Just browsing "How many left" site at Omegas and came across a model I had not heard of B4 a V6 Reflection anyone on here own or have owned one seems there are still 33 registered in UK. Like to know the spec as we were just debating which model would be the best to keep as a future classic my choice was 2.2 Sport manual as not many built & becoming rare now  mate of mine sez 3.0 MV6 purely due to desirability ,whats your choice ?

Reflection was a limited model during the MFL era. I always get the Reflection and Select arse about face on spec though. One of those had an estate version called Tourer, and it was that that was CD-ish spec, with a boot spoiler.

I shall probably be buried in my rather rare '54 plod estate, and my other project is an '03 2.2 Sport auto with a nominal mileage... Neither particularly stand out in the Omega range, but individually are quite special, no pun intended ::)

I like to think my Zeke is the last plod spec saloon in Moonland metallic grey, but I doubt it... I'll never get rid of him though.

My first Mig was a '98' 2.0L Select Estate, Manual and considered to be a basic model, but seemed better inside than a GLS of similar age, no fake wood; certainly no spoilers though.... ;) ;)

According to that site, my Opel Omega 2.5 TD elite estate never existed, and that was 4 years ago.

Nothing at all to do with the MV6 only being produced in mid and facelift guise, and never as a pre facelift model then ::)
