That's what we'll be getting in 2022. November/December world cup finals in Qatar. Daft.

That's what we'll be getting in 2022. November/December world cup finals in Qatar. Daft.

Some of us season ticket holders have to do daft things like Middlesborough Away on Boxing day, then home to Exeter mid week, and away to Preston/Carlisle on new years day. A few weeks infront of the telly over Crimbo watching The Great Escape, Mary Poppins and the Sound of Music has some benefits.

Well for the football fans it will be a Footie Fest!  ::)  Premier League, Football League, Other Leagues, Champions League, World Cup all at the same time!! You'll be spoiled for choice!  ;D

Well for the football fans it will be a Footie Fest!  ::)  Premier League, Football League, Other Leagues, Champions League, World Cup all at the same time!! You'll be spoiled for choice!  ;D

The Prem and Championship will be rescheduled coz most of the players will be sunning themselves in Qatar. However, I somehow doubt there will be sufficient players in Yeovil Town's squad to get their Conference South games put off. Gateshead away here we come.

No - moved to a new ground in 1990. Most of the players have sloped off in the past 2 years though as we descend from the Championship to the promised land of non league..

Yes. And Yeovil Town FC is closer to Odcombe Village than Yeovil Town - in more ways than one.
