Off to work

Just seen SWMBO off to work .  Only got a few patients this morning  . .  shes hoping to be back by 11 ish so not too bad

Before she left she handed me a list of how she wants the dinner prepared ::) ::)

Delayed prezzie opening for us today , around lunchtime I reckon when daughter & grandson arrive

I've been 'at' work since 08:00. Haven't done anything yet, and don't particularly want to.
