The grey rubbery stuff that the f/l//omegas have on the door cards....can you buy it to repaint to look like original ??????  :y

I dont know if that's available, but there was a chap who put up a detailing thread with an estate GLS.... he used some silver vinyl cut with a razor to go over bits of trim that looked shabby.

Yea you can buy the stuff in rattle cans, never used myself but been told its rubbish and doesn't last 5 mins, even after a lot of prep work.

There was a Member on here, that rubbed of the rubbery stuff back to plastic with good results, cant for the life of me remember who though.  ::)

I used acryllic paint on mine to good effect, but recall someone who flatted their plastics back, and then basically polished them to good, if somewhat shinyshinyshiny, effect :y

Yes i have done the shiny..shiny...bit on previous omegas and it looks good...but on this one i would like to re do it as standard,,,,if not then ...shiny...shiny it will be once again... :-\
