Not that far northwards of £15k though unless they've shot up in the last couple of months.. The estate version is nowhere near as desirable as the saloon, sadly.

Although I do like those.. I could be tempted.

I prefer the estate version and this one's probably exceptional!  8)  I take your point re saloon vs estate though.  :y

Now this could prove to be an excellent investment!  :y

With an advertised purchase price of £5500, hopefully £5000 would secure it, leaving £4500 - 5000 to complete the restoration and stay within budget.  :y  If Lord Opti gets a bit loose with the purse strings on the restoration he's in money pit territory (which fits the brief), but check out the prices of fully restored examples!  Your looking northwards of £15,000!  :o  8) 

Obviously our Lord would have to check the condition very carefully, but if it's as described it could be a good buy!  :y
